This property is at the south end of Playa
Ballena. The property consists of 55 hectares. There is 800 meter
frontage on the Costanera Highway. A small section is on the ocean
side of the highway. The front portion has views of Ballena and parts
of it have views of Pinuelas to the south. We would consider
sub-dividing.
Drive south from Dominical, go through Uvita and then on to Playa
Ballena. This is about 15 or 20 kilometers. At the south end of Playa
Ballena, Just before you start to go up the hill toward go to Playa
Pinuelas, you will come to a road on your left immediately before a
small bridge crossing the Quebrada Mercedez. This road is the northern
boundary. Continuing up the hill to its crest you will come to another
road on your left. This is the southern boundary, a distance of about
800 meters. In our opinion, this portion of the property would be an
ideal hotel site offering an expansive view of Playa Ballena and a
partial view of Playa Pinuelas. For your information, all the property
on the other side of the highway is the maritime zone. In other words,
this property is 200 meters from the ocean.

There is a PALI (for groceries) just 500 meters away...a private
elementary and high school (owned by a Christian church group) 400
meters away...the public school is 500 meters away...there are around
500 houses in the la Riviera neighborhood...but it is a very calm area
unlike most places in San Jose where there are traffic jams all the
time and noise, robberies, etc...this is a regular Tico neighborhood.
