property located at the base of the Miravalles Volcano in northwest

artisan roof using red guapinol, yellow cedar and other fine woods.
The climate is excellent, there are always birds migrating thru the
ranch. The views from the lodge and ranch are spectacular. There are
hot springs within walking distance. This property is suited for
many types of activities including bird and wildlife observation,
equestrian etc. The spectacular views and privacy are unmatched and
inspirational.
LOCATION:
The ranch is located approximately 45
miles from the International Airport in Liberia, via the inter-american
hiway on good paved road, The area can be easily accessed from
several major US cities by several common carriers including
Continental, Delta, and other major airlines offering direct nonstop
flights.
ATTRACTIONS:
The property is near several of the
major tourist attractions such as the gold coast beaches (50-75
miles) including Papagayo, Coco, Flamingo, Playa Grande etc. Lake
Arenal and the active Arenal Volcano is also nearby (55 miles) for
boating, fishing, windsurfing etc. The Corobici river offers daily
rafting trips. Rincon de la Vieja national park, and the Santa Maria
Volcano are in view from the property. There are two forest canopy
tours 15-45 minutes from the property.
CLIMATE:
The elevation is about 600 meters which
results in a very comfortable year round temperature.
WILDLIFE:
on the property includes several
species of monkey, including the endangered mono cara blanca and
congo, there are also sloths, toucans, green parrots, several
species of hummingbird, oropedulas, and many other exotic animals
living in a diverse ecosystem.
MIRAVALLES PROTECTED AREA:
The property borders with the immense
protected area that offers unlimited exploration opportunities.
There are several waterfalls, fumaroles and hot springs. There are
two hot spring bathing complexes that are a 5 minutes drive from the
lodge.

This property is in the Rio Bongo area, 4 kilometers to the beach.
It's just south of Playa Coyote and north of Playa St. Teresa. The
beach in front is Playa Manzanillo. We feel the property can be turned
in two or three years for $5M. Long term, (10yrs), $10M and full term,
(20yrs), big money. In any case is has a double exit strategy with the
beaches so near. You can see the ocean in these pictures.
The property measures just over 500 acres with 4 plans, which are just
finishing up their titling process. The property is 80% planted with
